ZINIO Admin is a secure, web-based platform that enables publishers to manage their digital magazine content and reporting with ease. It combines two core capabilities — the Uploading Tool and Reporting Access — into one streamlined interface.
Uploading Tool
ZINIO Admin includes a simple, drag-and-drop uploading tool that allows publishers to:
Upload new magazine issues in PDF format
Add and manage metadata (title, issue date, barcode, etc.)
Monitor issue processing in real time
Check for upload errors and resolve them
View delivery status for each uploaded issue
Once an issue is uploaded, it enters the ZINIO backend workflow for conversion and delivery across supported platforms.
Reporting Access
In addition to content uploads, ZINIO Admin provides access to sales and invoicing data. Publishers can:
Download monthly INV05 sales reports
View archives of past sales reports
Track invoicing data and report timing
Access data through the Reporting tab in the portal
Reports for a given month are typically uploaded 3–4 weeks after the month ends.
