How to reset my ZINIO Admin Password

If you’ve forgotten your ZINIO Admin password:

• Go to ZINIO Admin https://zen-admin.zinio.com/publisher-login

• Click Forgot password

• Enter your current valid email address that can receive emails. (If your email address cannot receive emails, [please see here] for assistance.)

• Check your email and tap on the link to "create new password"

• Enter and confirm your new password.

• Tap Set Password to complete the process.

• Go to ZINIO Admin https://zen-admin.zinio.com/publisher-login to log in with the new credentials
