Why can't I have a shared account?

Shared accounts are not allowed, as they are incompatible with our security policies and two-factor authentication (2FA) requirements.

Please provide a list of names, each individual’s email address, and the current shared email address. Once we verify the information, we’ll complete the security checks and set up the individual accounts for you as soon as possible.
