How to set up 2FA

We will be rolling out two-factor authentication (2FA) to all publishers by August 31, 2025.
No action is required to be included — all publishers will automatically be part of this security upgrade.

• Download an Authenticator App free of charge on your mobile device (e.g., Google Authenticator for iOS or Android, Microsoft Authenticator for iOS or Android, or any other TOTP-compatible app)

• Log into Zinio Admin  

• A QR code will appear on the screen — scan it using your Authenticator app.

• If you can’t scan the QR code, you can also enter the secret key manually (displayed below the QR code).

• Enter the 6-digit code generated by your app and click Verify.

Notes:
Shared accounts are not supported. Please ensure you transition to an individual account to maintain access and comply with our security requirements.

Please ensure you have a valid email address that is able to receive emails, so you don’t miss important notifications, password resets, or system updates.
