FAQ: Uploading Issues — Uploader Tool Deprecated

Q: I tried to upload my issue using the Uploader tool, but it didn’t work. What should I do?

The Uploader tool has been deprecated and is no longer supported. All publishers must now upload their issues via  ZINIO Admin.

Q: Why was the Uploader tool deprecated?

A:
We’ve upgraded to a more secure and efficient platform. The ZINIO Admin provides better performance, security, and reliability for uploading your issues.

Q: How do I upload my issue now?

A:
You can upload your issues directly through ZINIO Admin by following these steps:

1. Log in to the ZINIO Admin: https://zen-admin.zinio.com/publisher-login

2. Navigate to the Publications section.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your files.

4. If you encounter any errors, please contact us via chat 

Q: I don’t have access to ZINIO Admin. What should I do?

A:
If you’re unable to access Zinio Admin, please reach out to our support team via chat or email. Provide a valid email address,  Publisher ID and a description of the issue, and we’ll help get you set up as soon as possible.
